Full presence. Playfulness. Someone dominating me. Gentle touch. Massage. Spontaneity. Keeping to your word.

Q) What was the main message about sex and sexuality that you received growing up?

That it was dirty, and can only be shared with your husband.

Q) How did you begin to explore and establish your own beliefs around sex and sexuality?

I began reading Tantric Orgasm for Women by Diana Richards and Tantric Orgasm for Men by DR & Michael Richardson. Which lead to work with different sacred sexuality teachers. My own self practice when I’ve purchased from Yoni Pleasure Palace.

Q) If you had the chance, what would you tell your younger self about sex and self pleasure now?

I would say to myself - “it’s okay for your to feel good and desire for pleasure, but make sure it’s honouring you and your boundaries first. Then it’ll always be a good time."
