Returns & Refunds  

Change of mind:

Yinn encourages intentional, considered and conscious purchasing and use of our products. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be given on change of mind, nor replacement of any broken or damaged items unless damaged in transit, deemed a manufacturing fault or an order error.

Faults or Discrepancies:

We encourage you to check over all items upon arrival as we need to know of any faults, sizing issues or other discrepancies within 48 hours of receiving. 

All The Juliet Pleasure Wand crystals are unique and from the earth, no two crystals are the same. Due to the material of the products being natural, small imperfections are normal. Please keep in mind that crystals tend to vary in size and colour. Crystals are to be used internally at the customer’s discretion. 

Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. If you believe the product you received is damaged or defective, please reach out to us at shop@yinnbody.com within 48 hours of receiving your item. Upon inspection, we will take the appropriate measures of either a replacement or store credit. If eligibility for a return has been approved, your item must be returned to us unused in the original packaging. Please note: Yinn does not cover the shipping cost associated with returns.  

Limited Edition Tee: Exclusively for our limited edition t-shirts. If an item arrives and isn’t the right size, we must be notified within 3 days of receiving your purchase. We will gladly accept your return in exchange for a credit note provided you paid full price, the item is unused, unwashed and in the original packaging. Please note: Yinn does not cover shipping costs for returned items.

If an item arrives in a faulty condition, we kindly ask for you to notify us via shop@yinnbody.com where upon inspection we will take the appropriate measures of either a refund or replacement. Please make special note of the 3 day timeframe.
