A quick reminder of our Terms and Conditions before you complete your purchase:

  • Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns.
  • All of our shipments require a signature on delivery.
  • All orders are shipped in their entirety. This means that if your order includes a preorder, it will not be shipped until all products are back in stock.
  • Please ensure you have entered any discount codes you would like to use, as we are unable to honour them retroactively. 
  • The customer is responsible for ensuring their contact and delivery details are entered correctly before completing the order. 
  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an error in delivery address, failure to claim from local post office or is otherwise "undeliverable," the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of reshipping items.
  • The customer will be liable for any local duty, tax and/or other import costs on orders placed outside of Australia. Any potential fees are out of our control. Customs tax vary.
