Nephrite Jade is the traditionally used gemstone for yoni egg practice. In Ancient China, the Queen and her concubines used a jade egg to help strengthen and tone their pelvic floor and keep a healthy reproductive system for the King. By wearing a kegel weight internally for 30 minutes a day, it may help to strengthen and tone the pelvic floor.

HOW TO USE

Use during a dedicated pelvic floor or mindfulness practice, or incorporate into a slow self-care ritual focused on breath and body awareness.

Experiment with passive or active use depending on your comfort and preference.

Clean thoroughly after each use with warm water and mild soap or the Yinn Cleansing Toy Spray.

The included Eco Yoni Egg String is made from 100% biodegradable corn floss lightly coated in vegan candelilla wax and housed in a bronze cylinder within a recyclable cardboard box.

  • Clean before and after each use with warm water and mild soap or our Yinn Cleansing Toy Spray
  • Store in the included velvet pouch for safe keeping
  • Avoid dropping onto hard surfaces
  • Avoid exposing the crystal to sudden temperature changes.
  • Energetically charge your crystal under the sun or moon (or both if you wish.) You can also cleanse the crystal in the ocean, salt water lake or an Epson salt bath to bring it back to its purest form.
